Business Needs and Process Analysis
 With more complex implementation, some large organizations may require a business needs and process analysis as part of the implementation. Identifying which processes are centralized or performed by the corporate office versus which processes are decentralized by the facility can be a grueling task.
The consultants at PowerPros have the ability to identify the processes that must occur within the organization, who would be responsible, how and when they must be executed.
The first step is to identify the need, i.e. Submit Electronic UB92 Claims. The process may involve a large list of steps that will be reviewed and assessed by our consultant. The consultant will then review the devised steps with your staff and make any necessary modifications. From there, you would perform a mock test of the process and our consultant will monitor the results. The next step is to identify the strength of the process and make any necessary modifications. If necessary another mock test may be performed. Once successful, the process can begin to become a procedure within the business operations.
